1:9. ਪਰ ਜਿਹ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਏਹ ਗੁਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਹ ਅੰਨ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਟਾ ਵਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਭਈ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸਾਂ

1:9. But concerning the one who lacks such things— he is blind. That is to say, he is nearsighted, since he has forgotten about the cleansing of his past sins.

1:9. But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins.

1:9. For he that lacketh these things is blind, seeing only what is near, having forgotten the cleansing from his old sins.
